| 摘 要： | 2010年3月我国北方地区连续出现7次沙尘天气过程,其中2次强沙尘天气对华北、华中、华东等地区人民生产生活造成严重影响。论述了沙尘暴形成的3个基本条件,认为沙尘暴是一种正常自然现象,我们应当正确对待。提出了应加强预警和应急处置措施,同时还应继续结合治理沙化土地,造林种草,增强植被,以减缓沙尘暴的危害。
