木兰“抗衰”——2012年度商界木兰·中国最具影响力的商界女性

暴风雪来临,男人会打开门窗,迎难而上;女人则会关上门窗,暂避难关。置身低谷,那些国际大牌CEO们,首先想到的是裁员;女人们则喜欢营造"安乐窝",哪怕是暂时的。在全球商业舞台,女人仍算配角。2011年的一项报告指出,中国企业由女性任CEO职务的比例为19%,全球则为8%。不过,这并不妨碍女性的脱颖,尤其当此经济艰难之际。这是一份不完全的女性抗衰记录,但却对商业世界有所启发,乃至颠覆。

If we were to paint a picture of those companies that maintain these virtues then the resulting portraits would mostly consist of images of strong yet gentle women.During these times of economic duress,the businesswomen of China have been able to navigate the dire straits of the economic crisis by relying on wisdom and capitalizing on their own unique feminine qualities.This year China Entrepreneur Magazine has once again the top 30 women entrepreneurs in China for its 2012 List of China’s Top Business "Mulans".We believe these outstanding women will be able to lead their companies through this bleak period and that their values,ideas and skills will be able to provide illumination to an entire era.
