住宅房地产市场系统的协同演化模型

摘    要:住宅房地产市场的本质表明,住宅房地产市场系统为一个开放的经济系统,其内部因素存在着各种外在和内在的关系,本文建立住宅房地产市场的协同演化方程,并得出住宅房地产市场投资额为住宅房地产市场系统的序参量,在自组织理论应用上具有一定的创新意义;再者,借鉴国内外住宅房地产市场的研究角度和方法,建立了南京住宅房地产市场系统的演化仿真模型,取得了很好的仿真效果。

Abstract:Housing real estate market indicates in nature that it is an opening economy system, and there are many outside and in side relations between the inside factors. This paperbuilts the synegy evolvement equation of housing real estate market system, and achieves a result that the sum of housing investment is order parameter of the housing real estate market system,hass ome innova-tive sense on the application ofthe self-organization theory; moreover in the view of me thod sand angels ofresea rches on the hous-ing reale state market athome and a broad, develops a evolution simulated model of Nanjing housing real estate market, and a-chieves a good simulated effect.
