基于DEA的我国区域经济协同发展水平动态评价与比较

文章运用扩展的数据包络分析方法对我国区域经济协同发展水平进行实证研究,揭示我国区域经济协同发展的动态特征和变化趋势。首先,简析协同发展的内涵,从区域经济协同发展的表现特征和影响因素两个方面确定评价标准;然后,运用扩展的DEA方法对我国不同空间尺度2002-2011年间区域经济协同发展水平进行动态评价与比较分析,得出结论:我国区域经济协同发展总体处于中级水平,东、中、西部梯级差异明显;十年间,东部与西部协同发展水平呈缩小趋势,而东部与中部间呈扩大之势。

A Study on Dynamic Evaluation and Comparison of Regional Economic Synergistic Development in China Based on Data Envelopment Analysis

This article carries out an empirical analysis on the regional economic synergistic development（RESD） in China with extending DEA approach,aiming to discover dynamic characteristics and changing trend of RESD in China.Firstly,this paper introduces briefly the connotation of RESD and explains the evaluation criterion from two aspects： the performance charac teristics and influencing factors.Secondly,the extending DEA is used to analyze current situation of RESD based on the panel data of different spatial scales during 2002-2011.After the dynamic evaluation and comparative analysis,the results show that China is on the medium-level of RESD and there exists significant differences in eastern,central and western regions.The gap of RESD between eastern and western areas has been narrowed whilst the gap between eastern and central regions has been en larged in the last ten years.Finally,some police enlightenments have been proposed.
