对当前金融支农的几点认识

近年来,得益于党中央、国务院的惠农政策,广西农业和农村形势发展良好,目前广西已初步形成了发展农业生产、促进农民增收和有利于统筹城乡发展的新的农村政策体系。但由于“三农”自身经济实力较弱和农村集体经济的特殊性等因素的影响,农村金融市场基础仍然较薄弱,为避免金融成为整个新农村建设的短板,必须尽快让金融支农实现由理念向行动、由形式向内容、由政策向机制的深刻转变,准确把握农村金融需求特点,扎扎实实地把金融支农推向纵深。

Understandings on Giving Financial Support to Agriculture Development

In recent years, thanks to beneficiary policy for agriculture development, agriculture and rural areas in Guangxi is developing rapidly. At the point, a new rural policy system is taken shape to develop agriculture and increase farmers＇ income. This being said due to the weak foundation of agriculture, rural areas and famers, and collective system＇s special features, the agriculture financial market is still a weak link. In this sense, we must put in place the new deepening from concept to action, format to content, policy to system and move forward with giving financial support to agriculture development while considering the agriculture financial needs.
