摘    要:近年来,我国的经济得到了快速发展,在经济发展的同时,人们的生活方式也发生了很大的变化,在很多的城市中生活节奏是非常快的,这样就使得很多的速冻食品受到了消费者的青睐。速冻食品在使用时是非常方便的,通常只需要很短的时间,而且对于很多工作比较忙碌的人来说更是非常便利。速冻食品的便捷性使其销售量非常高,但是与此同时对其安全和质量问题也是要必须重视的。

Abstract:In recent years, China's economy has been developing rapidly. At the same time, people’s way of life has changed a lot, in many of the city life rhythm is very fast, which makes a lot of frozen food by the favor of consumers. Frozen food is very convenient in its use, usually need only a very short time, and it is very convenient for many more people who are busy. Frozen food convenience makes its sales volume is very high, but at the same time also we must focus on the safety and quality problem.
