数字经济赋能肇庆市电子信息产业高质量发展的路径研究

肇庆市数字经济综合发展水平不断提高,但在粤港澳大湾区中仍处于较低水平。电子信息产业作为肇庆市“4+4”重要产业之一,产业规模不断扩大,产业布局不断完善,数字化转型加快,但在数字化转型中存在数字基础设施不完善、创新能力不足、制度保障体系有待完善等问题。在借鉴上海、四川等地发展经验的基础上,肇庆市应科学布局新基建,加大对人才引进的力度和精准度,科学引导企业数字化转型,并提供政策支持和制度保障,以实现电子信息产业的高质量发展。

Research on the Path of High-quality Development of Zhaoqing Electronic Information Industry Enabled by Digital Economy

The level of digital economy development in Zhaoqing continues to improve, but it is still at a low level in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. As one of the "4+4" important industries in Zhaoqing, industrial scale of electronic information industry continues to expand, and industrial layout continues to improve. Also, the digital transformation of electronic information industry accelerates. But in the digital transformation there are problems such as imperfect digital infrastructure, insufficient innovation ability, institutional guarantee system to be improved, etc. On the basis of learning from the development experience of Shanghai, Sichuan, it is suggested that Zhaoqing should scientifically lay out new infrastructure. Increase the intensity and precision of talent introduction, scientifically guide the digital transformation of enterprises, and provide policy support and institutional guarantees to achieve high-quality development of the electronic information industry.
