新型城镇化中的企业生态责任

实现城镇化是人类社会实现现代化的必经过程,是中国2020年全面建成小康社会的重要发展目标。企业对于推动我国的城镇化进程功不可没,但是企业的经济活动打乱了自然生态环境平衡,生态问题日趋严重,已经成为全社会共同关注的焦点。在新型城镇化的建设中,企业的行为选择应当体现人与自然环境相互协调,切实履行保护生态和环境的社会责任。企业的生态责任主要有:保护和改善环境,节约资源和能源,减少环境影响和污染排放,实施绿色管理,开展生态公益活动。作为社会有机构成体的政府和社会公众,也是生态问题解决的重要方面,他们的引导、规制和监督,将使企业生态环境责任在新的体系中有效运行。

The Ecological Responsibility of Enterprises in the Process of the New Urbanization Construction

Urbanization is a necessary way for the modernization of human society ,and it is also a development goal for the construction of well-off society .Enterprises play a very important role in promoting the urbanization in China . However,the enterprise＇s economic activity disrupted the ecological balance ,and ecological problems have become the focus concerned by whole society .In the construction of urbanization ,the behavior of enterprises should reflect the harmony of human and nature .Enterprises should fulfill the social responsibility of protecting ecology and envi-ronment.These ecological responsibility mainly include activities such as protecting and improving the environment , saving resources and energy , reducing environmental impact and pollution emissions , implementing green manage-ment and ecological public welfare activities .The government and the public are an important force in ecological protection ,and their guidance ,regulation and oversight will enable the effective operation of corporate ecological re-sponsibility .
