试论我国选举程序的完善

按照现代选举原则的要求,我国现行选举程序在诸多方面都存在问题,造成选民产生一定的厌选情绪,客观上影响了我国民主法治建设进程,社会主义民主政治建设和社会主义法治建设都要求必须完善我国目前的选举程序,以适应新时代的要求.

According to the request of the modern electoral principle, there exits many problems in current electoral procedure of our country. The result that many people are sick of the election, It affected our country democracy and rule of law developments on objectivity. Socialism democracy developments and rule of law developments has a request that we must perfect electoral procedure of our country now, then adapt to the request of people's in new age. The paper believe they must be solved as quickly as we can , including :settling formal candidate, competition, the counting and supervising the ballot, difference in amount election, giving the relief to constituency .extent the limits on directing election, and so on.
