关于建设“文明北京”的思考

认为应把建设文明北京和培养文明北京人融为一体,紧扣国家首都、世界城市、文化名城和宜居城市的城市定位,培育文明风尚、改善城乡环境、建设公共秩序、提高服务水平,使北京成为和谐首善、文明礼仪、开放包容、与时俱进、大众参与的世界城市。

Thinking on the construction of Civiization Beijing

This article argues that it should integrate the construction of civilization Beijing into the cultivation of civilized Beijinger. It is concluded that it should orient on the position of national capital,the world's famous city,cultural city and livable city,develop civilized habits,improve urban and rural environment,build public order and enhance service levels so as to make Beijing a world's famous city which is harmonious,civilized,open,inclusive and advancing with times.
