| 摘 要： | 基于资源依赖理论,本文考察了我国企业非市场行为的影响因素,并通过175位企业高层的调查数据验证了可能影响我国企业非市场行为的企业和环境特征的13个假设。研究结果表明,企业的经济资源、高层的管理导向和非市场环境的不确定性对我国企业的非市场行为具有显著的影响。

| Abstract: | Based on the resource dependence theory,the paper examines the influence of Chinese corporate non-market action,and tests the hypotheses about the characteristics of corporate and environment which might influence corporate political non-market action through the data of 185 enterprises.The result indicates that the economic resource,top management orientation and environmental uncertainty have significant influence. |
