摘    要:近年来,全球能源消费结构加速向清洁低碳发展,我国为实现双碳目标大力推动可再生能源的开发利用,其中分布式光伏发电的迅速发展有效提高了清洁能源的使用比例,对实现国家低碳战略发挥重要作用。分析总结我国目前分布式光伏的三类运营模式,并结合实际案例对分布式光伏项目不同运营模式的经济效益进行定量分析。结果表明,在投资资金充足的前提下,自发自用余电上网的运营模式经济性是最好的,若资金欠缺则合同能源管理模式也是不错的选择。研究结果可为分布式光伏项目运营模式的选择提供参考。

Analysis on Distributed Photovoltaic Operation Mode under the Background of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals
Abstract:In recent years, the global energy consumption structure has accelerated to a clean and low-carbon development, and China has vigorously promoted the development and utilization of renewable energy in order to achieve the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. The rapid development of distributed photovoltaic power generation has effectively increased the proportion of clean energy and played an important role in realizing the national low-carbon strategy. Three kinds of operation modes of distributed photovoltaic in China are analyzed and summarized, and the economic benefits of different operation modes of distributed photovoltaic projects are quantitatively analyzed with practical cases. The research results can provide reference for the selection of operation modes of distributed photovoltaic projects.
