农业科技企业创新合作网络关系对技术创新绩效的影响路径

摘    要:农业科技企业创新合作网络关系对企业技术创新绩效提高至关重要。同时农业科技企业可以依靠创新合作网络关系获取多样性创新知识推动企业技术创新绩效提升。构建“创新合作网络关系-知识多样性-技术创新绩效”理论模型,采用相关性分析与结构方程模型对问卷数据进行统计分析。实证结果表明:农科企业创新合作网络关系与知识多样性对企业创新绩效均产生正向影响;创新合作网络对知识多样性产生正向影响;知识多样性在创新合作网络关系对技术创新绩效影响中具有中介效应。

The Impact Path of Innovation Cooperation Network Relationships of Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises on Technological Innovation Performance
Abstract:The innovation cooperation network relationship of agricultural technology enterprises is crucial for improving their technological innovation performance. At the same time, agricultural technology enterprises can rely on the innovation cooperation network relationship to obtain diverse innovative knowledge and promote the improvement of their technological innovation performance. A theoretical analysis was conducted on the innovation cooperation network relationship of agricultural technology enterprises, as well as the internal relationship between knowledge diversity and technological innovation performance. A theoretical model of "Innovation Cooperation Network Relationship - Knowledge Diversity - Technological Innovation Performance" was constructed. Correlation analysis and structural equation modeling were used to statistically analyze the questionnaire data. The empirical results showed that the innovation cooperation network relationship and knowledge diversity of agricultural enterprises have a positive impact on their innovation performance; Innovation cooperation networks have a positive impact on knowledge diversity.Knowledge diversity has a mediating effect on the impact of innovation cooperation network relationships on technological innovation performance.
