| 摘 要： | 世界各国对计算机软件保护有版权法模式、专利法模式、商标法模式、专门法模式等多种模式 ,综合分析各种保护模式的利弊 ,我国发展知识经济的软件最佳保护模式是 :以版权法保护为基础 ,以专门法保护为主体 ,实行多法综合保护。

| Abstract: | Protection modes of computer software in the world are protected by copyright law,patent law,trademark law and special law etc.On the basis of the general analysis about the advantages and disadvantages of each protection mode,the best one in our country is to protect computer software mainly by special law,basically by copyright law and incidentally by other laws. |
