| 摘 要： | 县域经济在国计民生中占有特殊重要的地位,是经济发展和社会稳定的重要基础,加快县域经济发展,不仅十分必要,而且非常紧迫。尽管湖南的县域经济仍然保持一定的发展速度,但深层次的矛盾和问题已经暴露出来,发展遇到了许多新的困难,已经开始影响到农村社会的稳定与发展。

| Abstract: | The county economy in the people＇s livelihood in a special important role in economic development and social stability an important foundation to accelerate the development of county economy is not only necessary but also very urgent. Although the County of Hunan Economic development continues to maintain a certain speed, but deep -seated contradictions and problems have been exposed, the development has encountered many new problems have begun to affect the rural social stability and development. |
