| 摘 要： | 在国外运作很正常的MBO在中国遇到了许多新问题。文中对中外MBO的情况作了比较,对中国国企MBO的问题进行了分析,提出了以MPA作为MBO的过渡手段,试图使目前的管理层收购走出困境。

| Abstract: | The MBO that executed normally overseas has brought many problems in China. Some aspects of Chinese MBO are compared with those of other nations and the problems of Chinese state-own corporations are analyzed in the paper. It is suggested that MPA is used as the transitive approach in order to help present MBO go out of dilemma. |
