我国纺织品服装出口面临的贸易壁垒与对策研究

目前贸易壁垒的主要形式有过渡性保障措施、技术贸易壁垒、绿色贸易壁垒、反倾销、原产地规则等。纺织产业是我国的出口主导产业,受贸易壁垒的影响日益加剧。打破贸易壁垒,需要政府、企业、行业协会的协同合作,在世贸组织的规则下,采取相应对策是实现我国纺织产业全球化战略的必由之路。

At present, transitional safeguard measures, technical barriers to trade, green barriers to trade, antidumping and rules of origin are the four main forms of trade barriers. Textile industry is China's leader industry in exportation. It is affected by trade barriers more and more seriously. To break through from them, it is indispensable for government, enterprises and trade associations to be in conjunction with cooperation and adopt corresponding countermeasures to achieve the globalization strategy of China's textile industry under the regulation of WTO.
