摘    要:企业成功的关键在于人力资源的高素质和人才作用的发挥。仅就求职者角度说,要成功应聘,素质和实力固然是关键因素,但了解企业招聘要求和掌握应聘策略与技巧也必不可少。文章从知己知彼、正确择业、充分准备、不打无准备之仗及巧用面试策略与技巧等三个方面做集中论述。

Abstract:For enterprises, the key to succeed lies in high quality human resources and making best use of the talented. As for a job seeker who wants to be successful in a job interview, not only his quality and ability are important, also it is necessary for him to well understand the demands of an employer and to grasp relative strategy and skill for the interview. This paper puts forward some opinions from three aspects, that is to choose a proper job on the basis of knowing well the situation of both the employer and job seeker himself, to prepare actively before the interview and to properly take advantages of the interviewing skills.
