大学生失业保险制度建设的对策分析

近几年,随着我国高校的大规模扩招,大学生失业现象也日益严峻,己逐渐成为全社会所共同面对的现实问题,因而,建立大学生失业保险制度势在必行。建立大学生失业保险制度,应扩大失业保险的覆盖面,完善失业补助金制度,加大对失业保险基金的管理与监督,加强大学生失业保险的立法工作,发挥失业保险的促进就业功能。

Analysis of Construction of College Students' Unemployment Insurance

Recently,with massively expanding enrollment of Chinese colleges and universities,college students' unemployment is in-creasingly serious,becomes a practical problem faced by the whole society,so it is necessary to establish the system of college students' unemployment insurance to expand the range of unemployment,improve unemployment compensation system,increase the management and supervision of unemployment insurance fund,strengthen legislation to college students' unemployment insurance,and play the role of unemployment insurance.
