| 摘 要： | 依据STCW公约马尼拉修正案,国家海事局将设置船舶电子员职务。现其适任证书评估考试大纲已开始着手制定。文中就海船电子员评估科目和内容的确定原则、具体科目划分和每科详细内容安排进行了分析,并对未来评估大纲公布执行以后的评估训练、教学及考试实施等方面的对策进行了研究。

| Abstract: | According to the Manila amendment of STCW,the China MSA will set the position of Electrotechnical Officer(ETO) onboard.Now the skill assessment outline for ETO competency certificate is in preparation.In this paper,the skill assessment contents and subjects,the detailed subjects dividing and training items selection were analyzed;and the strategy of outline execution,training and training lads establishment were also discussed. |
