| 摘 要： | 针对某型柴油机高压油泵提前器凸轮轴提前断裂问题,进行了宏观和微观外观形貌,材料的成份,表面硬度和配合情况的分析。结果表明凸轮轴早期失效的主要原因是锥面贴合率不满足要求导致它与齿轮间存在微动磨损疲劳过程。

| Abstract: | In order to definite the failure reason of high pressure pump camshaft used in diesel engine,the experiments such as appearance examination,macro-and micro-arcographsanalysis,microstructure examination,rigidity testing were carried out.Based on the physics and chemistry experiments,the reasons of the camshaft fracture were too small joint rate of cone-shaped surface,which result in jiggle fatigue abrasion between camshaft and gear. |
