| 摘 要： | 房地产策划是一门理论与实践紧密结合的课程,传统的讲授式教学法不能满足该课程的需求,而讨论式教学法却有很好的促进作用。基于此,文中对讨论式教学法在房地产策划教学中如何应用进行了探讨,以期促使学生成为课堂真正的主体,培养适合社会主义市场经济需要的实务型房地产管理人才。

| Abstract: | Real estate planning is a closely integrated theory and practice of the course,the traditional teaching type teaching method can not meet the needs of the course,and teaching method has good shuld promote role.Based on this,the paper shuld teaching method in real estate planning on how to use the teaching are discussed,to help students become the classroom the real subject,train suitable socialist market economy needs the practice of the type of real estate management talent. |
