| 摘 要： | 随着现代社会发展,物流与人们生活紧密相关,为保护承运人的合法权益和平衡承运人与托运人的利益分配,法律规定了留置权制度。为准确掌握留置权的含义和正确行使留置权,文中先对留置权进行简要概述,探寻其与物流运输相关的法律依据,后重点分析承运人行使留置权的构成要件,再对其例外情形做简要归纳。
