| 摘 要： | 在分析了供应链的供需矛盾以及由这种矛盾引发的供需信息传递过程中的变异现象的基础上,提出了牛鞭效应的产生,并通过分析物流网络化的实现和优点,提出了用物流网络化方法来弱化牛鞭效应的信息变异幅度,从而减小其对整个供应链正常高效运作的不利影响。
