我国低碳物流发展探析

为应对全球气候变化,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,实现经济社会可持续发展,必须改进物流体系,通过发展低碳物流来发展低碳经济。文中系统地提出了低碳物流的概念与特点,归纳了现阶段我国低碳物流发展在观念、政策法规、基础设施、技术水平等方面存在的问题,最后针对上述问题,提出了通过树立低碳物流的新理念、完善政策法规、加快基础设施建设、促进低碳技术的研发和推广等政策建议来发展低碳物流。
