| 摘 要： | 高职学校如何健康快速发展是理论界和实践界关注的重要课题,文中对高职学校动态能力进行初探,首先对高职学校动态能力的内涵进行界定,然后阐述高职学校教育动态能力的理论基础,重点分析高职学校的动态能力由战略能力、组织能力、学习能力、创新能力、资源水平以及校企合作六个维度构成。
