| 摘 要： | 文中在阐述风险防范方面,根据物流金融业务的自身特点,结合HNZY公司的业务实际,针对由融资企业导致的风险、质押物的风险、第三方物流监管企业的风险及银行导致的风险进行逐一分析,并针对每种风险提出了针对性的防范措施,HNZY公司所提出的五级监管体系即:现场监管级(日报)、管理监管级(周报)、本部监管级(月报)、数据监管级、银行稽核级,构建矩阵式风险防控模式,有效的防范了物流金融业务中的风险。
