培养新型农民 发展现代农业的探讨

2007年《中共中央国务院关于积极发展现代农业扎实推进社会主义新农村建设的若干意见》中指出：建设现代农业最终要靠有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民。那么我国农民目前文化科技素质如何？应采取那些方法提高其综合素质？本文在分析我国农民文化科技素质现状的基础上，提出培养新型农民的政策措施。

Study On Training The New Peasants And Developing Modern Agriculture

In 2007, Several Proposals on Developing modern agriculture actively and Boosting New Socialist Countryside Construction Firmly from Chinese Communist Party Central Government and State Department points out that constructing modern agriculture depends on new farmers who have culture and understand technology. How is the peasant scientific and cultural quality？ What methods should be taken to enhance their comprehensive quality？ On the base of analyzing the present situation of the peasant cultural scientific and technological qualities, this paper put forward policy measures that train the new peasants.
