摘    要:运用层次分析法建立了水利工程建设监理顾客满意度评价模型,并结合实例说明了具体应用。结果表明该模型是可行的,对水利工程建设监理顾客满意度评价和服务改进具有很好的参考价值。

Abstract:AHP projects construction supervision established customer satisfaction evaluation model,illustrated with examples of specific applications.The results show that the model is feasible,on the water project construction supervision services to improve customer satisfaction rating and has a good reference value.
