| 摘 要： | 协助人民政府从事公务活动的农村基层组织人员(村官)职务犯罪成高发趋势,严重损害了党和政府在群众中的形象,极易引发群体上访。要从根本上解决村官职务犯罪问题,应当从加快新农村建设、加大大学生村官下乡力度等方面入手,实行打防并举、标本兼治、综合治理。
