| 摘 要： | 本文对高职内科护理学课堂教学设计进行了探讨,得出整体把握课堂教学,在"有效学时"中既关注学生知识技能的理解掌握,实现教学目标和通过执业考试;又关注学生护士角色情感的形成、变化和发展,满足学生的主体发展需要,达到贴近岗位,提高护理质量实效的结论。
