| 摘 要： | 良好的信用有助于经济的可持续发展,而我国目前被企业信用问题困扰。建议在企业信用数据库的基础上,实现信用资源共享来构建企业信用约束机制,形成失信者"一处失信、处处被动"的失信联防机制,来约束企业的信用行为。

| Abstract: | Good credit is helpful to the sustainable economy development,but our country is perplexed by enterprise credit problem at present.Based on the enterprise credit database and sharing credit resources,this article builds restraint mechanism of enterprise credit to form joint prevention mechanism of breaking credit to constrain the credit behavior. |
