| 摘 要： | 《国家新型城镇化规划(2014—2020年)》战略提出的绿色交通建设,构建多样化的绿色城市交通体系,是解决我国河谷型城市一系列交通问题的根本之策。文章根据河谷型城市交通现状特征,从经济、社会和自然方面解析绿色交通系统各内涵要素,选取西部地区典型河谷型城市——兰州市作为研究对象,利用熵值法对指标进行赋值,构建绿色交通指标评价体系并对兰州市2011—2017年绿色交通发展水平进行综合评价。结果表明:兰州市绿色交通水平有所提高,但总体水平不高,其发展速度远低于经济增速。根据评价结果,结合新型城镇化背景和河谷型城市特征,为河谷型城市绿色交通发展提供对策建议,提高河谷型城市新型城镇化质量,并解决《城市道路交通文明畅通提升行动计划》提出的城市交通问题。

| Abstract: | The green transportation construction proposed by the National New Urbanization Plan(2014-2020)and the construction of a diversified green urban transportation system are the fundamental solutions to solve a series of traffic problems in China’s river valley cities.According to the current characteristics of river-type urban traffic,this paper analyzes the various connotation elements of green transportation system from the economic,social and natural aspects,selects the typical valley-type city in the western region-Lanzhou City as the research object,and uses the entropy method to assign values to the indicators.Green transportation indicator evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation of Lanzhou’s green transportation development level in 2011-2017 are analyzed.The results show that the green transportation level in Lanzhou has improved,but the overall level is not high,and its development speed is far lower than the economic growth rate.According to the evaluation results,combined with the characteristics of new urbanization and the characteristics of river valley cities,the research provides countermeasures for the development of green transportation in river valley cities,improves the quality of new urbanization in river valley cities,and solves the city proposed in the Action Plan for Urban Road Traffic Civilization and Smooth Improvement Traffic problems. |
