制约边疆民族地区贫困村发展生态农业的关键因素研究

以调查问卷和实证研究为主,以典型的边疆民族地区——云南省为例,对制约边疆民族地区贫困村发展生态农业的关键因素进行研究。根据产业布局理论,从地理位置因素、自然因素、人力资源因素、社会经济因素、科学技术因素5个维度,构建了影响边疆民族地区贫困村发展生态农业的20个指标。400份调查数据显示,承包土(山)地确权登记情况整体较好,有助于农村土地实施“三权分置”;生态农业发展水平整体较差,仍以传统农业为主。运用灰色关联分析方法提取出排名前五位的因素,分别是生态产品的市场销路、村两委的领导能力、基础设施、发展生态农业的技术人才、发展生态农业的资金。相对于其他因素,这五个因素是优先解决的关键问题。

Key Factors Restricting the Development of Ecological Agriculture in Poor Villages in Frontier Ethnic Area

This article mainly researched on the key factors restricting the development of ecological agriculture in poor villages in frontier ethnic area.The research adopted questionnaire and empirical study methods.The research area was a typical frontier ethnic area—Yunnan Province.According to the theory of industrial distribution,from the five dimensions of geographical location factors,natural factors,human resources factors,socioeconomic factors,scientific and technological factors,20 indexes that influence the development of eco-agriculture in impoverished villages in frontier ethnic area were constructed.Data from 400 surveys showed that the overall registration of contract land is relatively good,which is helpful to the implementation of“right division”in rural land.And the overall level of ecological agriculture development is poor,and traditional agriculture is still the main form.The grey correlation analysis method was used to extract the top five factors,namely the market sales of ecological products,the leadership of the village committees,infrastructure,technical talents for developing ecological agriculture,and funds for developing ecological agriculture,respectively.Compared to other factors,these five factors are the key problems to be addressed first.
