摘    要:针对特色小镇主导产业的选择问题,在引入区间直觉模糊理论表达信息不确定性的情况下,构建基于改进DEMATEL和TOPSIS的混合多属性决策模型。首先,运用粗糙集筛选评价指标,通过DEMATEL方法对特色小镇主导产业的评价指标进行量化分析,并根据量化结果对指标集合理分配权重,其次,结合向量体积改进的TOSPIP法,筛选出最优方案。最后,应用该方法对余杭梦想小镇进行主导产业选择研究。实证研究表明:该主导产业选择研究实现了"科学性、有效性、合理性",是全面客观的,对于我国特色小镇主导产业选择研究能够提供一定的帮助。

Abstract:Aiming at the choice of leading industries in characteristic towns,a hybrid multi-attribute decision-making model based on improved DEMATEL and TOPSIS is constructed under the uncertainty of introducing the information of interval intuitionistic fuzzy theory.Firstly,the evaluation indicators of the dominant towns in the characteristic towns are quantitatively analyzed by the improved decision-making test and evaluation test methods.According to the quantitative results,the weights are rationally assigned to the index sets,and the TOSPIP method is improved by the vector volume improvement to select the optimal plan.Finally,the application is applied.This method studies the leading industry selection of Yuhang Dream Town.The empirical research shows that the research on the selection of leading industries has achieved"scientific,effectiveness and rationality".It is comprehensive and objective,and it can provide some help for the study of leading industries in China’s characteristic towns.
