新型城镇化进程中投融资与城镇化质量关系研究——基于广西、重庆、四川调查数据的实证分析

以我国西南地区三省份广西、重庆、四川在新型城镇化进程中10年的数据为研究样本,根据城镇化高质量发展的六个主要方面构建评价城镇质量指标体系,基于熵值法对相应的指标进行赋值,并对此三个省区市的城镇质量化水平进行综合评估并排序。引入城镇化建设中四种投融资方式,探究投融资水平对城镇化质量的影响,以揭示两者之间的内部关系。研究表明:2008-2017年,三省份城镇化质量得分均稳步上升,其中重庆城镇化质量得分最高,其次是四川,最后是广西。在投融资影响机制方面,社会消费品零售总额、全社会固定资产总投资额、财政一般预算支出对城镇化质量的影响显著为正,金融机构年末存贷款总额对城镇化质量的影响显著为负。

Research on the Relationship of Investment&Financing and Urbanization Quality in the New Urbanization Process:An Empirical Analysis Based on Survey Data of Guangxi,Chongqing,and Sichuan

Taking the 10 years’data of the new urbanization process of Guangxi,Chongqing and Sichuan in the southwest of China as the research sample,the evaluation index system of urban quality was constructed based on the six main aspects of high-quality urbanization development.Based on the entropy value method,the corresponding indicators are assigned,and the urban quality levels of the three provinces and cities are comprehensively evaluated and ranked.In addition,the introduction of four investment and financing methods in urbanization construction,to explore the impact of investment and financing level on the quality of urbanization,in order to reveal the internal relationship between each other.The research shows that from 2008 to 2017,the urbanization quality scores of the three provinces and cities have risen steadily.Among them,Chongqing has the highest urbanization quality score,followed by Sichuan,and finally Guangxi.In terms of investment and financing impact mechanisms,the impact of total retail sales of social consumer goods,total investment in fixed assets in the whole society,and general fiscal budgetary expenditures on the quality of urbanization is significantly positive,and the effect of total deposits and loans of financial institutions at the end of the year on the quality of urbanization is significantly negative.
