摘    要:随着我国经济的增长和城市化的推进,城市产生的垃圾在贮存、转运过程中附带的严重污染逐渐显现,环卫处理系统中各级点、站、场的经济设置与高质量生活环境的矛盾也日益突出。通过对垃圾中转站选址相关理论的研究,结合长沙市中心城区二级垃圾中转站的实地调研与现状剖析,建立基于Minisum(经济成本最小化)以及Maximin(生态质量最大化)二重标准分析的垃圾中转站选址评价体系,并利用GIS技术将数据处理为可视化结果输出,进而提出相应优化建议。研究成果可为同类型中等城市的垃圾处理体系完善提供技术借鉴。

Abstract:With the growth of China’s economy and the advancement of urbanization,the serious pollution of municipal waste gradually appeared in the process of storage and transportation of waste.The contradiction between the economic setting of points,stations and fields at all levels in the sanitation treatment system and the high quality living environment is becoming more and more prominent.Through the research on the theory of waste transfer station site selection,combined with the field research and analysis of the status quo of secondary waste transfer station in downtown Changsha,a waste transfer station siting evaluation system was established based on the double standard analysis of Minisum(minimum economic cost)and Maximin(maximum ecological quality).The GIS technology is used to process the data into the visual result output,and then put forward the corresponding optimization suggestions.The research results can provide technical reference for the improvement of waste treatment system in medium-sized cities of the same type.
