基于引力模型的区域经济发展与生态环境耦合协调研究——以陕西省为例

摘    要:基于2015-2018年陕西省10个城市的平均横截面数据,综合运用耦合协调度模型和耦合协调引力模型,探讨陕西省经济发展与生态环境耦合协调程度及耦合协调空间联系。结果表明:陕西省经济发展水平与生态环境水平契合生态经济系统演化序列,区域整体经济发展水平滞后于生态环境水平。区域整体耦合协调良好,耦合协调度水平与经济发展水平密切相关,但区域耦合协调发展不均衡,空间分布呈“一城独大”的局势。区域整体耦合协调的空间联系较弱,西安是区域耦合协调度的主要引力作用源,咸阳、渭南次之,榆林对外耦合协调空间联系最弱。加强区域空间联系、提高经济发展水平、优化环境治理机制是提高陕西省耦合协调发展的关键。

Abstract:Based on the four-year average cross-section data of 10 cities in Shaanxi Province from 2015 to 2018,the coupling coordination degree model and the coupling coordination gravity model were comprehensively used to explore the degree of coupling coordination and the spatial relationship of coupling coordination between economic development and ecological environment in Shaanxi Province.The results show that:the economic development level and ecological environment level of Shaanxi Province fit the evolution sequence of ecological economic system,and the overall regional economic development level lags behind the ecological environment level.The overall regional coupling is well coordinated,the level of coupling coordination is closely related to the level of economic development,but the regional coordinated development is uneven,and the spatial distribution is“one city dominates”.The overall spatial connection of regional coupling coordination is weak.Xi’an is the main source of gravitational interaction for the degree of coupling coordination,followed by Xianyang and Weinan,Yulin’s external coupling coordination is the weakest.Strengthening regional spatial linkages,improving the level of economic development,and optimizing environmental governance mechanisms are the keys to improve the coordinated development of Shaanxi Province.
