基于SE-SBM模型的洞庭湖区农业生态效率时空差异研究

基于湖南省洞庭湖区1996—2016年21个县(市、区)的相关统计数据,通过构建农业生态效率指标体系,综合采用SE-SBM等多种模型和方法对湖区农业生态效率及其县(市、区)际差异进行实证研究。结果显示洞庭湖农业生态效率近年来有所下降;农药、农膜和化肥投入过量是影响洞庭湖区生态效率的主要原因,同时碳排放、总氮、总磷、化学需氧量等污染物过量排放也是造成生态效率损失的原因,且各县(市、区)存在一定的差异;基尼系数、对数离差均值、泰尔指数三个指标显示,总体上湖区农业生态效率的县际差异及差异变化程度相对不大;σ敛散性检验结果显示,湖区各县(市、区)农业生态效率的差距随时间推移呈逐步扩大趋势。

Research on the Spatial and Temporal Disparity of Agricultural Ecological Efficiency of Dongting Lake Area Based on SE-SBM Model

Based on the relative statistic data in 21 counties(cities and area)from 1996 to 2016 of Dongting Lake in Hunan province,this paper established index system of agricultural ecological efficiency,and conducted empirical study on the agricultural ecological efficiency within the area and its spatial and temporal disparity by comprehensively adopted the SE-SBM model.The result reveals that,The agricultural ecological efficiency of Dongting Lake has declined in recent years,the main reasons restrict the agricultural ecological efficiency of Dongting Lake are pesticide,agricultural film and overuse of fertilizer,meanwhile the excessive discharge of carbon emissions,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and chemical oxygen demand are also the reasons influencing ecological efficiency,and there are some disparities among counties;Three index of Gini index,mean logarithmic deviation and their index reveals that,the degree of agricultural ecological efficiency difference and disparity among counties is not much in lake area;σconvergence and divergence test reveals that,the disparities of agricultural ecological efficiency is showing enlarge tendency with time.
