黄河流域制造业高质量发展生态位测度研究

习近平总书记明确提出将黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展作为国家的重大战略。为了改善黄河流域的生态环境,促进制造业高质量发展,论文着眼于高质量发展内涵,以经济、创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享六个维度构建制造业高质量评价体系,运用生态位方法测度黄河流域制造业高质量发展的生态位值。结果表明:(1)在各维度下,山东的生态位值居于前三。青海的创新发展维生态位居于第四,其他维度下的生态位值居于后三位。其他省份在不同维度下的生态位值各有变动,即黄河流域制造业高质量发展程度在不同维度下有一定差异。(2)黄河流域下游省份的制造业高质量发展程度较好。各省份应突出自身优势,同时发展新的增长动能,促进黄河流域制造业高质量发展。

Research on the High-Quality Development of Yellow River Basin Manufacturing Industry Based on Niche Assessment

General Secretary Xi Jinping has made clear that the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin should be raised as a major national strategy.In order to strengthen the ecological protection and high-quality development of manufacturing industry in the Yellow River Basin,the article builds a high-quality evaluation system of manufacturing industry from the six dimensions of economy,innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing based on the connotation of high-quality development.The results are as follows.(1)In all dimensions,Shandong’s ecological bit value is in the top three.Qinghai’s ecological value is in the fourth place in the dimension of innovation development,while the ecological value under other dimensions ranks in the bottom three.Different changes in other provinces(regions)have taken place in ecological bit values in different dimensions,that is to say,the high-quality development degree of the manufacturing industry in the Yellow River Basin varies in different dimensions.(2)The high-quality development of manufacturing industry in the lower reaches of the Yellow River basin is good.All provinces(regions)should highlight their own advantages and develop new growth momentum to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in the Yellow River Basin.
