| 摘 要： | 技术进步在推动经济和社会发展的同时,也给生态环境带来了诸多负效应。现代科技的生态负效应主要表现为研发环节的资源浪费、结果未知性和市场化导向,生产过程中的重复布局、盲目建设,以及人们对于科技产品的过度使用。现代科技生态负效应的产生既有经济层面的原因,也有制度和文化层面的原因,可从推动绿色技术发展、加强生态制度建设、增强社会的可持续发展意识等方面入手,逐步克服现代生态负效应。

| Abstract: | Technological progress not only promotes economic and social development,but also brings many negative effects to the ecological environment.The negative effects of science and technology ecology are mainly manifested in the waste of resources,unknown results and market orientation of R&D links,repeated layout and blind construction in production process,and people’s over-use of science and technology products.The negative effects of modern scientific and technological ecology are caused by economic,institutional and cultural factors.We can gradually overcome the negative effects of modern ecology by promoting the development of green technology,strengthening the construction of ecological system and enhancing the consciousness of sustainable development of society. |
