| 摘 要： | 碳容系统是有限的、非增长的,因此人类行为必须与基于碳容系统特征的约束条件相协调,在经济增长与环境破坏之间找到平衡点。对我国如何构建低碳社会进行了战略性思考,并从企业、消费者、政府和NGO组织的角度,对我国低碳经济发展提出了建议。
