| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍风险投资的本质特征和运作程序的基础上，认为退出机制是风险投资发展的核心环节。通过分析我国风险投资退出机制的缺陷，提出了构建以多层次资本市场为制度基础的退出机制的建议。
