| 摘 要： | 把最小隶属度偏差法引入工程建设招标评选，考虑到工程建设招标评价体系的多因素性，文章提出模糊多目标系统最优决策法——最小隶属度偏差进行工程招标，随后给出了各种评价指标的无量纲化的标准函数，提出自己关于工程量清单计价模式下招标评选的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new derivation method ot minimum subordinative degree into engineering construction public bidding, Considering that the evaluation systerm of engineering construction public bidding is characterized as a complex one with multi - lacier, a new derivation method of minimum subordinative degree - fuzzy multi - objective optimum decision making method is presented. Then the paper gives the non - dimension normalization functions of evaluating indicter, proposes its own suggestion on engineering construction public bidding under the mode of the bill of quantities. |
