中国茶叶产业国际竞争力实证分析

摘    要:利用FAO统计数据和中国海关统计年鉴数据为基础,借鉴CMS模型和RCA指数对中国茶叶产业比较优势进行实证分析,得出结论:中国茶叶产业具有一定的比较优势,但其比较优势正在逐步下降,在此基础上提出建立统一高效的农产品流通管理体制,大力发展行业协会,建立质量保证体系,加大对红茶及其它高价值茶叶的生产等政策性建议。

Abstract:By means of the statistical data from FAO and Chinese Customs Statistical Yearbook, with the reference of CMS(Constant Market Share) model and RCA(Revealed Comparative Advantage) index, the paper does empirical analysis on the comparative advantages of Chinese tea industry. It draws the conclusion that the Chinese tea industry has a certain comparative superiority, but its comparative advantage is gradually declining. On this basis, it makes such policy proposals as .to establish highly effective and unified agricultural product circulation management system, to enhance the development of professional association, to build a quality assurance system, to increase black tea and other high-value tea production, and so on.
