广东省城市土地集约利用时空特征研究

摘    要:采用层次分析法构造广东省城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,对21个地级市城市土地集约利用水平进行综合评价;运用Spear-man秩相关系数和聚类分析法对评价结果进行时空分析,结果表明,1998~2005年,以深圳为代表的10个城市土地集约利用水平提高,以江门为代表的11个城市土地集约利用水平下降;全省城市土地集约利用水平空间差异显著,呈现由珠三角向东西两翼、粤北地区减小的趋势;从区位、经济等方面探讨城市土地集约利用空间差异的原因,并提出相关建议.

Abstract:Through constructing a evaluation system of Guangdong urban land utilization based on methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process,this article conducts a comprehensive appraisal on the intensity of urban land utilization of 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong province. The paper gives a spatial-temporal analysis on appraisal result by applying the methods of Spearman rank relational coefficient and cluster analysis,which indicates that the level of urban land intensive utilization had been raising in ten cities with Shenzhen as representative while the other cities with Jiangmen as representative have been declining from 1998 to 2005. The spatial variance of the urban land intensive use is remarkable in the province ,presenting a tendency that the level of the intensive utilization declined from the Pearl River delta to the east,west and northern part of Guangdong province . The article ends with an exploration into the cause that led to the differences in urban land intensive utilization from the aspects of location,economy and so on,and puts forward some suggestions to raise the level of urban land intensive utilization.
