| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代．军事物流正逐步从信息管理走向知识管理。文章从知识管理的概念出发，阐述了实施知识管理对军事物流信息化建设的意义，运用迈克尔波特的价值链模型框架分析了军事物流知识管理战略的组成，在此基础上提出了军事物流信息化建设中知识管理的实施策略。

| Abstract: | At the knowledge economy age,the military-logistics is developing from the information management to the knowledge management(KM).According to the concept of the KM,the significance of KM to the military-logistics information is described in the paper,and the component of the strategy for the military-logistics KM is analyzed using michael Porter Value Chain model framework;On the basis of these,KM strategy in the construction of military-logistics information is put forward. |
