| 摘 要： | 预计安徽在＂十二五＂时期将由中低收入省份转入中高收入省份行列。这一历史转折,要求我们通过增长格局的调整的结构转换,主动推进社会转型和社会治理创新,避开＂拉美陷阱＂,实现包容性增长,迈向经济社会发展的更高阶段。

| Abstract: | Anhui Province is expected in the＂second five year＂period will be transferred to low-income provinces,the ranks of middle and high income provinces.This historical turning point,we are required by the adjustment of the pattern of growth and structural transformation,take the initiative to promote innovation and social transformation and social governance,to avoid＂the Latin American trap＂,to achieve inclusive growth,towards a higher stage of economic and social development. |
