江南集中区与高校智力资源的联姻

从促进产业发展的角度看,江南产业转移集中区应当致力于提供六大综合性社会服务平台：政府政策与政府项目平台、创新教育与培训服务平台、投融资服务平台、研发转移服务平台、知识产权保护平台、创新型文化支撑平台。为提高社会服务能力,江南集中区管委会应当加强与高校资源的联姻,推进官产学联盟共同体建设。

On Intellectual Resource Alliance between Jiangnan Industry Zone in Anhui Province and Higher Education

From the perspective of industrial development,Jiangnan Industry Zone in Anhui Province should play an important role,just as providing six platforms of comprehensive service including government policy and project,entrepreneurship education and innovation training,investment and finacial service,RD and poduct transfer service,intellectual property right protection and regional innovation-oriented culture.In order to enhance the social service capability and promote better aggregation,Jiangnan Industry Zone in Anhui should combinate with universities from home and abroad,and build an alliance among governmen,industry and university.
