| 摘 要： | 环境规制约束下,企业发展可以采取的战略行为有四种:消极支付、环境管理、退出和进入。实践中,企业应根据自身的不同情况,做出相对应的选择,以有效地规避风险,响应社会的环保诉求,变不利为有利,实现企业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Under the restraint of environmental regulations,there are four strategic choice of behavior for enterprises.They are negative payment,environmental management,exit and enter.In practice,in order to avoid risks effectively,and responding to society's environmental demands,and changing negative for benefit,and achieving enterprise's sustainable development,enterprises should make the corresponding options which based on their different circumstances. |
